Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with a strong background in international voice operations to deliver end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of process knowledge, and a proven record of improving performance through impactful training interventions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for international voice processes.
  • Design and deliver training modules focused on process knowledge, soft skills, systems, and compliance.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching for improvement.
  • Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Prepare and maintain training calendars, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Drive refresher and upskilling programs to improve productivity and quality scores.
  • Ensure adherence to client-defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years as a Process Trainer / Communication Trainer in an international voice setup (US / UK process preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
  • Experience in banking, telecom, healthcare, or BFSI voice processes will be an added advantage.
  • Educational Qualification :

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream.
