About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Wealth Manager (Sales role) to join our Life Insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients on financial planning, insurance-based wealth solutions, and long-term protection needs while ensuring strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers by offering tailored life insurance and investment-linked solutions.
Conduct detailed financial need analysis to recommend suitable products such as ULIPs, term plans, pension / retirement solutions, and savings plans.
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement, portfolio reviews, and service support.
Acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in line with company goals.
Maintain complete documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory norms.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate with 2–7 years of experience in wealth management, life insurance, BFSI sales, or financial advisory.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, financial planning concepts, and customer profiling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust-based client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable in a target-based role.
