- Candidate will set up meetings with potential customers to fully understand their requirements and generate sales.
- Candidate will ensure sales goals are met deal closure ratio is maximized and
- report sales data, including activity and opportunity statistics, quotes, pipeline & forecast.
- Travel to different regions to attend Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences to Network
- and identify new Prospects.
- The candidate should be a strong communicator and achiever along with good negotiation skills.
- Implement sales strategies, policies and processes to achieve or exceed sales in the
- respective target Accounts and target markets.
- Ensure orders received are based on acceptable commercial and secured payment terms.
- Follow through with customers for timely payments and debt recovery in line with the agreed
- contract.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through customer meetings.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales

Qualification
The candidate will ideally have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. Having an additional management degree / diploma is preferable. The candidate will have an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Experience :
6-10 years’ experience in sales of specialty chemicals for Emulsions, coatings, inks and adhesive segments.
