This will include, CRM, Online Job Boards, social media, networking platforms,corporate websites, and general industry platform searches to identify technology and industrylive Market intelligence and Decision makersExperience : Proven experience in IT recruitment / , Experience in usage various job boards.Qualifications : Degree or equivalent in Business / Human Resources or similar fieldResponsibilities : Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering theEuropean and International markets Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated againstindustry standard assessments Build and develop your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensurewe attract the best professionals Effectively collate information from various media and database platforms to create targetlists for sales teams to approach.
