Job description

TA Strategy -Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning with the respective stakeholders.

TA policy Management -Manages the talent acquisition process through various channels of Recruitment which includes sourcing, screening scheduling interviews, and hiring of qualified job applicants, professionals as per the JD.

Offer Life Cycle Management

Vendor Management -Hiring management through consultants maintaining the TAT.

Hiring TAT Management -Manage and Maintain hiring TAT.

Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Offer Backout Management -Control the offer backout ratio

Salary hike Management -Control the salary hike ratio

Attrition Management -Control the attrition ratio

Performs other duties as assigned.

TA process and technology Management -TA Governance & HRMS Adoption

Resignation Management -Analysis the resignation employee

Onboarding Management -Coordination for critical and exceptional joining do the onboarding process and connect the joined employee and take the survey.
