Job Title : Junior Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Junior Architect

to join our in-house design and development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, working drawings, coordination with consultants, and site execution support for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings.

Coordinate with external consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) and internal teams for design inputs and compliance.

Prepare 3D models, presentations, and renders for internal and client discussions.

Ensure design compliance with building codes, bye-laws, and DCR norms.

Support the senior architect and project team during site visits for design validation and issue resolution.

Prepare submission drawings and documentation for statutory approvals (municipal, environmental, fire NOC, etc.).

Maintain proper documentation of design iterations, approvals, and revisions.

Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

2 - 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and coordination, preferably with a real estate developer or architectural consultancy.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD ,

SketchUp , and

MS Office ; knowledge of

Revit

is a plus.

Good understanding of

building construction techniques ,

materials , and

detailing .

Sound knowledge of

local development regulations ,

building codes , and

approval processes .

Strong

design sense ,

attention to detail , and

visual communication

skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with

cross-functional teams

including consultants and site teams.
