Shift : Rotational Day / Night (Supporting US Clients; employees will rotate weekly between day and night shifts, not permanently assigned to night shift)
Voice Infrastructure
Administer and maintain Avaya IP Office / Aura / CM / Session Manager platforms .
Configure and troubleshoot DID numbers, SIP trunks, call routing, voicemail, hunt groups, and user profiles.
Coordinate with telecom vendors for provisioning and activation.
Monitor voice quality and resolve call-related issues.
Network Infrastructure
Configure and manage Layer 2 / 3 switches and routers ( Cisco Catalyst )
Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
Perform network performance monitoring and diagnostics.
Support network segmentation and access control policies.
Security & Firewall (Fortinet)
Administer FortiGate firewalls including policy creation, NAT, VPN (IPSec / SSL), and web filtering.
Monitor and optimize deep inspection, certificate deployment, and threat protection.
