Client Services Associate - Financial Planning

Job descriptionStrong verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative, team-oriented, and result-driven approach. Structured and methodical thinking with effective execution capabilities. Proficiency in operational processes and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Understand and align with the 1 Finance Approach and services.
- Monitor clients’ financial plans and conduct meetings to review the progress of action plans.
- Assist members in executing financial plans by thoroughly analyzing client profiles.
- Design and implement communication strategies for advisory execution, including crafting relevant nudges for clients.
- Perform client servicing activities to ensure smooth and consistent member experience.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
