Were looking for a Technical Project Manager with technical depth, organizational excellence, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end website development and implementation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Project Ownership : Lead and manage multiple website design and development projects from planning to delivery across HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Wix.
Technical Expertise : Collaborate with developers and designers to define architecture, workflow, and implementation strategy for CMS-based and custom-built websites.
Quality Management : Establish and enforce coding standards, QA processes, web performance benchmarks, and responsive design best practices.
Client Communication : Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams. Translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Timeline & Resource Planning : Create project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Server & Hosting Oversight : Oversee hosting setup, domain configuration, DNS management, SSL implementation, and website deployment processes.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, introduce automation tools, and improve project delivery efficiency.
Emerging Tech Awareness : Stay updated with the latest web trends, technologies, frameworks, and CMS advancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate between developers, designers, marketers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Technologies, or equivalent.

3+ years of experience managing website development projects (CMS-based and custom).

Strong understanding of HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Wix.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience with website hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, AWS, DigitalOcean, or HubSpot hosting).

Familiarity with SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and web accessibility standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering quality and performance
