Role Overview

We are looking for a

Shopify Executive

who can manage daily website operations, product uploads, inventory sync, and basic marketing coordination. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the e-commerce and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Management (Shopify)

Manage daily updates on the Shopify store—pricing, stock, product status.

Upload banners, home page updates, and new collections.

Ensure smooth functioning of pages, broken links, and basic UI fixes.

Coordinate with tech / design teams for changes and issue resolution.

2. Product Uploads & Cataloging

Upload products, images, descriptions, tags, and categorization.

Ensure size charts, material details, and prices are accurate.

Manage bulk uploads as required.

3. Order Processing & Coordination

Track daily orders, returns, and exchanges.

Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch, QC, and timely updates.

Maintain proper stock sync to avoid overselling.

4. Inventory & ERP Management

Update inventory on Shopify through ERP.

Handle PO generation, inward / outward entries, and stock reconciliation.

Share daily stock and sales reports.

5. SEO Basics

Add SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, and keywords.

Maintain proper URL structure and product visibility.

6. Supply Chain Coordination (SCM basics)

Work with vendors, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams.

Ensure smooth flow of goods from inward to dispatch.

7. Reporting

Prepare daily / weekly sales and inventory reports.

Track product performance and highlight issues or gaps.

Skills Required

Hands-on experience with

Shopify

(mandatory).

Basic understanding of

SEO

and product optimization.

Knowledge of

ERP

and inventory management.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Good communication and coordination ability.

Detail-oriented with accuracy and quick execution.
