Job Summary :

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our mineral bottled water plant in Verna, Salcete. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including payment collection, invoicing, purchase bill handling, and stock management. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle payment collection from customers and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices and ensure timely follow-up for payments on Tally.
• Record and manage purchase bills, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Monitor and maintain stock and raw material records, including inward and outward entries.
• Assist in inventory audits and reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Support the senior accountant or accounts manager in day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.
• Maintain data entry and filing systems for accounts, purchase, and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
