What You Should Know About This Job

As the Sales Leader - Payroll , you will play a critical leadership role in driving sustained revenue growth and strengthening market presence for our Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS offerings. Leveraging over a decade of experience in enterprise and B2B SaaS sales, you will define and lead the go-to-market strategy, build and mentor high-performing sales teams, and oversee the end-to-end sales function-from strategic planning to execution.

This role requires a visionary yet hands-on sales leader with deep expertise in enterprise sales, a strong command of value-based selling, and a proven track record of scaling revenue across complex, multi-industry environments. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will directly influence business growth, shape customer engagement strategies, and align sales objectives with broader organizational goals.

Key Qualifications -

  • Extensive Sales Leadership Experience : Over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise and B2B sales, with a strong focus on the SaaS, HCM, and HR Tech sectors.
  • Proven Track Record in Enterprise Deal-Making : Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and establishing scalable sales frameworks that drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Expertise in Value-Based Selling : In-depth knowledge of value-based selling methodologies and strategic account management, enabling long-term client partnerships and solution-led engagements.
  • Leadership of High-Performance Sales Teams : Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, results-driven sales teams that align with organizational culture and business objectives.
  • Strong Commercial and Strategic Acumen : Exceptional business acumen combined with a commercially savvy and strategically oriented mindset to drive top-line growth and market expansion.
  • Experience in Growth-Stage Environments : Valuable exposure to start-up and scale-up ecosystems, bringing agility, innovation, and an entrepreneurial approach to fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
