Job Summary :

We are looking for a proficient Power Apps and Power Automate Developer to design and develop custom business applications and automated workflows on Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate will collaborate closely with business users to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design & develop automated workflows and business apps to meet business needs using Power Automate and Power Apps.

2. Integrate Power Automate flows with Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and other systems.

3. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional automation / app solutions.

4. Create data connections to Microsoft 365, SQL, Dataverse, APIs, and third-party services.

5. Build UI / UX in Power Apps for intuitive and user-friendly business applications.

6. Automate processes such as approvals, notifications, data collection, and reporting.

7. Implement error handling and monitoring for flows and apps to ensure reliability.

8. Manage security and permissions with role-based access controls in apps and flows.

9. Test and debug solutions thoroughly before deployment to production.

10. Deploy and maintain flows and apps, ensuring continuous availability and performance.

11. Optimize performance of apps and automation for efficiency and scalability.

12. Document solutions and provide end-user training to drive adoption and effective usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
• Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate flow creation.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and custom connectors.
• Good understanding of security models, permissions, and governance on Power Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.
