Delivery Head @Chennai / 90L (includes variable) / Should have started career with Data techstack (snowflakes, Databricks, DBT) and now working on AI for Retail / Ecommerce orgs currently

Role :

The ideal candidate will have progressed from a datawarehousing / big data engineering background into an architect role (Snowflake, Databricks) and now drives end‑to‑end delivery leadership. This role requires strong expertise in pricing and product catalogue platforms, combined with proven ability to manage delivery teams and client outcomes.

He / She will be leading and manage a 20‑member delivery team across data engineering, AI / ML, and analytics.

Own program delivery for Data & AI initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable business impact.

Apply deep knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks to guide architecture and solution design.

Drive AI / ML use cases in retail / e‑commerce, including personalization, pricing optimization, and catalogue management.

Ensure robust data pipelines and scalable architectures for high‑volume retail platforms.

Partner with senior stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business priorities.

AsK :

18+ years in IT services with strong progression from datawarehousing / big data engineer → architect → delivery leader (AI focussed).

Should have had Hands‑on expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data platforms.

Currently working int he Retail / e‑commerce domain and specifically into pricing and product catalogue platforms.
