International Customer Service Representative

Job descriptionExcellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette. Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills. Not pursuing any full-time educational course. Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Shifts. Willing to relocate within Wipro Transport Boundary (if outstation). Must carry original Aadhar Card and PAN Card. Walk - In Interview at Vadodara [Gujarat] on October 14 and 15, 2025 Performance-based incentives One-way cab facility (drop) within transport boundaries Night shift allowance up to ₹3,000 / month Structured training program to enhance skills Opportunity for long-term career growth within Wipro Relocation Benefit : ₹30,000 relocation benefit will be provided from out of Mumbai candidates.
Interview in Vadodara, Gujarat (Work Location : Navi Mumbai - Airoli)
As a part of the US Healthcare - Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and attention to detail.
Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)
Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Experience : Fresher / Experienced
Salary : Upto ₹ 5LPA
Facility : One way (drop)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
- Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
- Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.
