About the job

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Operations & eCommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using a computer, handling Excel sheets, writing professional emails, and communicating confidently in English. This role involves assisting with the everyday operations of our online rug-selling business — including uploading products on Amazon and our website, managing courier upload sheets, handling customer support emails, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. The position is office-based and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about eCommerce operations and international business processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage Amazon bulk upload sheets for new and existing products.
Upload and update products on Amazon Seller Central and the company’s WooCommerce website.
Fill out and maintain DHL courier upload sheets for online orders.
Handle customer support emails and assist in resolving everyday business queries.
Help with day-to-day office operations, coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain organised records of orders, uploads, and communications.

Skills Required

Must be proficient in English — both written and spoken.

Must know how to use a computer efficiently.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to write professional emails and communicate clearly.

Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or WooCommerce is a plus (but not mandatory).

On-site work only – daily office attendance is required.
