We’re looking for 2 experienced Business Development Managers who have hands-on experience working with US clients in the outsourcing / offshoring industry. If you’re skilled in consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing deals with US-based firms, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the US market
- Pitch offshore staffing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), CPAs, legal firms, Wealth management, etc.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via outbound outreach ( calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals)
- Schedule and conduct product demos or discovery calls with decision-makers
- Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term client engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Maintain relationships with clients for upselling and long-term growth
- Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry forums
🔹 Ideal Candidate :
4–6 years of business development experience, preferably in BPO / KPO / Sales.Prior experience working with US clients or agencies is a mustStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently.Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)Comfortable working night shifts (EST / PST hours) to align with US business timings✅ Must-Have :
Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the US or North American marketExcellent English communication (verbal and written)Immediate or short notice joiners preferredLocation : (India-based)
Shift : Night shift (aligning with US EST / PST timezone)
