Job Overview

Job Title : Procurement Executive (Packaging)

Location : HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience : Upto 1 year, freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for the packaging category to optimise cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Experience working on the supply side.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Analyse market trends, identify new sourcing opportunities, and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and address any quality or delivery issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and sustainable packaging innovations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Upto 1 year of experience, freshers are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B procurement is preferred.
