Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift : Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as US HR & ERM . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in US HR operations, Employee Relations Management (ERM), US accounting , and portal management , with a strong command of QuickBooks and other payroll applications.

This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of US tax laws, accounting principles , and HR compliance processes , along with the ability to effectively collaborate across HR and finance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Employee Relations Management (ERM) :

  • Manage end-to-end US HR operations , including onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance management.
  • Oversee employee relations , addressing grievances, supporting performance improvement, and driving engagement initiatives.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files , and ensure confidentiality of all personnel information.
  • Support and execute employee engagement, retention , and administrative HR programs in alignment with company policies.

Accounting & Compliance :

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks and ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Maintain complete and accurate Books of Accounts in accordance with US GAAP and company standards.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, payroll inputs, and tax-related entries with precision and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with US tax laws and coordinate with finance teams for audits and statutory filings.
  • Manage and update financial and HR data across US-based accounting and HR portals , ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Time & Data Management :

  • Manage and monitor timesheet submissions , ensuring accuracy for payroll and client billing purposes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy , and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in US HR operations, ERM, and accounting processes .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks and exposure to other payroll and HR software.
  • Solid understanding of US tax regulations, payroll processes , and accounting principles .
  • Experience with US HR and accounting portals .
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal , and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR / accounting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts .
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Good to Have

  • Experience in US employee onboarding / offboarding and lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to time tracking systems and employee engagement programs .
  • Knowledge of HR documentation , compliance requirements, and administrative best practices.
