What You'll Own (10-20 hrs / month)

Partnerships

    Ideal Profile

    Required :

  • 15-25 years in Indian IB / M&A / PE / VC / corp dev
  • Deep expertise in fintech, manufacturing, cleantech, OR industrial automation
  • Proven mid-market deal sourcing (₹10-100 Cr range)
  • Network of family offices, PE funds, strategic buyers
  • Trust-building track record with promoter-owned businesses

  • RBI / SEBI regulatory navigation
  • AI / ML in financial services
  • Succession planning for legacy businesses
  • VC ecosystem relationships

    Equity : 0.5-0.75% at seed

  • 2yr vest, 3mo cliff

    • Performance : 30% of success fees on mandates you close
