Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics. Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly. Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other paid media channels.
- Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through targeted digital strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to align marketing efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
