What are we looking :

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Professional who will be responsible for solutioning and presales to increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately lead to increased revenue and growth for the company.

Job Profile :

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs.
• Engage with government customers and understand their requirements and challenges in the lawful interception and data analytics solution space.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government customers and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations of lawful interception and data analytics solutions to customers.
• Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, including RFP responses, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and the government sector.
• Provide sales training to sales teams on data analytics solutions and government sales best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert on government sales and data analytics solutions, providing thought leadership and contributing to whitepapers, webinars, and other content.
