We’re Hiring : Project Manager – Publishing (K–12 Print & Digital Content)

Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about shaping quality educational content?

At Integra Software Services, we’re looking for a highly skilled and organized professional to manage our Kindergarten through High School (K–12) publishing projects — spanning both print and digital content.

🧩 What You’ll Do :

✅ Plan, execute, and deliver educational resources on time and within budget

✅ Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, art, comp, and R&P teams for seamless project execution

✅ Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to publishing standards

✅ Manage risks, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

💼 What We’re Looking For :

• ️ 5+ years of relevant experience in project management — preferably in educational publishing
• ️ Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
• ️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• ️ Familiarity with the K–12 educational landscape is a strong plus
• ️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

🌐 Work Mode : Remote

🎓 Education : Master’s Degree preferred
