Maintenance Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintenance :

• Responsible for process equipment maintenance including critical to process safety like dust collectors, Earthing, pressure vessels, hazardous area pumps, hazardous area equipment, etc.
• Carry out the breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance of all process, lab and utilities
• Responsible for Shift handover procedure compliance
• Develop preventive maintenance check list for each equipment including safeties
• Issue the job cards to technicians to perform the task (SAP PM)
• Carryout the daily meeting of technicians
• Carryout fishbone and 5Why analysis of major problems-
• Responsible for doing analysis of critical spares safety stock -
• Identify, communicate and follow up with vendors to provide spares
• Identify the critical spares and ensure the availability of the same
• Record on shift basis the breakdown, history card, planned and unplanned data entry into the system through SAP PM
• Operate and maintain the utilities like generators, chillers, air compressors, transformers
• Monitor and ensure the AMC of all the contracted equipment are carried out as per schedule-
