We are looking for HR Recruiter for our own firm.

Experience - min 1 year

Location - Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Responsibility

• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
• Sourcing & Screening candidates that match the desired skills brief them on the opportunities offered by clients.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Coordinating with clients regarding opening.
• Communicate with candidates, data tracking, data analysis and draw inferences in order to make changes in the hiring strategy.
