We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Finance manager to join our team
Responsililities
- Tender / Bid Margin, cost and cashflow evaluation
- Cash process management – ensuring accurate and timely order COB process
- Analyze market, pricing, and competitor data to build competitive yet profitable commercial proposals.
- Maintain control over margins across high and low-margin deals, ensuring alignment with corporate profitability target
- Credit control management – managing credit and collection processes, ensuring timely payment collection and minimizing credit risk.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and commercial levers in a pass-through, OEM-based business model, especially in Government RFPs, resale, and solutions-led engagements.
- Drive commercial strategy for large and complex deals, especially in Government, PSU, or solution-led engagements.
- Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers through financial analysis, credit checks and payment history review.
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable, collections and credit risk to management, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries or concerns related to credit matters
- Support to Finance Head for various commercial matters.
- Strong understanding of revenue models, cash flow, payment terms, and margin levers.
Required skills and qualifications
CA Inter, A bachelor’s degree with 8 years+ experience in finance and credit controlStrong knowledge of credit control principles, practices and regulations in IndiaOutstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflictsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions.S4 HANA / SAP – experience is required.Operational knowledge of Contract Act, Income Tax Act and GST law is required.
