Job Role : Senior Manager / Manager – Digital Ad Sales and Brand Partnerships
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional who can lead digital ad sales and brand partnerships for our YouTube entertainment channel and entertainment website. The role involves bringing in advertising deals, branded content integrations, and sponsorships, as well as monetising content through partnerships with brands. The candidate will also work on digital media buying strategies across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Ad Sales & Monetisation :
Drive digital ad sales for the YouTube entertainment channel and website.
Identify, pitch, and close deals with brands and agencies for ad placements, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
Monetise original content, web-series, and shows through product placement and in-content brand integrations.
Brand Partnerships & Integrations :
Create innovative brand integration opportunities within digital entertainment content.
Collaborate with content and production teams to seamlessly incorporate brands into web-series, shows, and videos.
Build strong relationships with advertisers, brands, and media agencies.
Digital Media Buying & Strategy :
Pitch and sell digital media buying packages to brands across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Truecaller, PhonePe etc.).
Advise clients on best media mix strategies for performance-driven campaigns.
Coordinate campaign execution and monitor ROI for clients.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion :
Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue streams from content monetisation.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, media buying innovations, and competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6-8 years of experience
Proven track record in digital ad sales, brand partnerships, or media buying (preferably in entertainment / digital media).
Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conceptualise and sell brand integration ideas.
Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, programmatic buying, etc.).
Knowledge of the entertainment, OTT, and digital content ecosystem is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated for achieving revenue targets
