Java Developer Trainee

Job description

We are looking for highly motivated final-year students or fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals and a passion for backend development. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker , and must be eager to work on real-world projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java & Spring Boot .
Deploy, monitor, and scale services on AWS cloud .
Work with Docker for containerization and efficient deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with senior developers on real-time projects.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements :

Final year of college (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent) OR recent fresher .

Strong knowledge of Java, OOPs, and Data Structures .

Hands-on understanding of Spring Boot framework .

Basic to intermediate exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).

Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.

Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point) :

Knowledge of REST APIs & Microservices.

Exposure to Git / GitHub and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
