Job descriptionLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance against budget and provide actionable insights to management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors. Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals. Support strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance managers.
