Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing within the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, and executing on-ground BTL activities to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, retail outlets, and distributors.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present product offerings and solutions to potential clients, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Ensure timely communication and after-sales support.Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for customized solutions.Regularly follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.3. BTL (Below the Line) Sales & Marketing Activities
Plan and execute on-ground activations, product sampling, and promotional campaigns.Organize and manage in-store promotions, branding activities, and display setups.Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment of brand positioning and messaging.Monitor and report the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and provide improvement insights.4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.Recommend strategies based on market insights to increase brand visibility and sales.5. Coordination & Team Collaboration
Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams for smooth order execution.Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategic discussions.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in B2B sales & BTL marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Experience in handling on-ground activations, sampling activities, and brand promotions.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Preferred Attributes :
