Position Summary : We are looking for a  Full Stack Senior Member of Technical Staff – Software Development  to join our  athenahealth Insights team  within the  Platform division  at our  Bangalore location .

About You : You are an engineer with experience building  full stack visualization platforms . You are an  excellent communicator , capable of quickly understanding the  complex healthcare domain . You are a  tenacious yet agile learner  who demonstrates  design and engineering excellence .

The Team : athena Insights  provides customers with a  differentiated analytics performance experience  that makes it easy to  glean and share practice performance insights , showcases  athena’s value and partnership , and delivers  ongoing intelligence  derived from the  athena network .

Responsibilities :

• Produce  accurate, clear technical design specifications
• Deliver  high-quality software components and services , adhering to  security ,  performance ,  longevity , and  integration testing  standards
• Estimate development tasks in  story points  with a goal of  80% accuracy
• Follow  coding conventions ,  architecture standards , and  best practices
• Write, debug, and deploy code  to production; deliver  timely fixes
• Adhere to  Definition of Done (DoD)  including  unit tests ,  functional testing ,  code reviews ,  bug fixes ,  documentation
• Perform  peer code reviews
• Master  domain knowledge
• Take  ownership  of team deliverables post-release; focus on  customer adoption
• Contribute to  agile ceremonies  and  scrum meetings  (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Collaborate across  Technology and Product teams
• Build strong relationships with  cross-functional team members
