About the Role

We are looking for a People & Operations Specialist to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end people operations at Opsolute. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions while working closely with leadership and teams across departments to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead talent acquisition across tech and business functions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions and an excellent experience.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance , ensuring accurate processes aligned with company policies and labor laws.
• Drive employee experience & engagement initiatives , strengthening Opsolute’s culture through meaningful programs and touchpoints.
• Handle core HR operations , including maintaining employee records, HR systems, documentation, and HR reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement people strategies that support organizational goals, team efficiency, and employee growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve policies, processes, and programs to streamline operations and elevate the employee journey.
