Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations and ensuring optimal use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM / GRC, and CSM modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow architectural designs.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with industry and security standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure solution quality.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools, especially relevant to banking and insurance ecosystems.
Stay updated with ServiceNow's latest features and releases, recommending improvements where applicable.
Prepare documentation, solution design specs, and impact assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, architecture, and development.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect..

Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, GRC / IRM, CSM, HRSD, etc.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST / SOAP integrations.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with core banking systems, insurance policy management systems, or other domain-specific applications.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and custom app development.

Exposure to ServiceNow’s AI and Virtual Agent capabilities.

Understanding of ITIL frameworks and agile delivery methodologies.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance needs in the banking and insurance sectors.
