Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system. This role involves troubleshooting issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll, as well as configuring and maintaining system settings, user accounts, and security roles within the Kronos application.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot issues with timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll
- Configure and maintain system settings, user accounts, and security roles
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Kronos system functionalities and best practices
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
