Job descriptionWorkday Finance certification(s). Experience with full lifecycle Workday Finance implementations. Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) for financial data. Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, or prior accounting / finance background. Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
Locations : Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR(New Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida), Lucknow, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. The consultant will play a critical role in leading workshops with business stakeholders, configuring Workday Financials, and managing end-to-end data conversion activities. This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on configuration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong configuration experience in at least 2–3 core Workday Finance modules.
- Proven expertise in data conversion and reconciliation for Workday Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and design sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
