Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as HR policy management, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience

Experience in HR Management and Policy Administration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience in employee benefits administration preferred but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software as needed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
