Jewellery Supervisor oversees daily retail operations, managing staff, ensuring high sales and customer service standards, and maintaining inventory and visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities

Staff Management : Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.

Sales and Performance : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Customer Service : Ensure exceptional customer service, handle complaints and inquiries, and build customer loyalty.

Inventory Control : Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.

Merchandising & Presentation : Oversee the presentation of merchandise, maintain high standards of visual display, and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

Operations : Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Reporting & Analysis : Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and reports, and collaborate with management on strategies.

Required Qualifications

Experience : Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, preferably jewellery, sector.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.

Sales Acumen : Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets.

Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Industry Knowledge : Understanding of jewellery products, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Operational Skills : Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.

Desirable Skills

Proficiency with retail software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and CRM software.
