Role Description

This is a full-time REMOTE role for a Pricing and Revenue Analyst. The Pricing and Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating pricing strategies and monitoring financial and revenue performance for our clients. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, if you’re analytical, data-driven, and passionate about hospitality and pricing strategy we want to hear from you!

What a Revenue analyst at Revopt will do?

• Manage dynamic pricing and availability using Pricelabs (training available for junior candidates).
• Analyze performance metrics like occupancy, ADR (average daily rate), pacing, and market trends.
• Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets.
• Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization.
• Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendations.
• (Bonus) Automate workflows or analyses using Python.
