Role Overview :

As CTO, you will lead the technological vision and execution for the company, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products and solutions that drive educational transformation. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to set strategic direction, oversee architecture, ensure scalability, and manage risk, while fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning :

• Partner with founders to lead strategic planning, prioritizing development initiatives, and setting timelines for product evaluation, development, and deployment.
• Identify and evaluate appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and deployment stacks) for delivering services.
• Establish governance processes to ensure objectives are met, risks are managed, and resources are optimally used, particularly in software development, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and implement an enterprise-wide information security plan that safeguards the companys data and systems.
• Communicate technology strategies effectively to investors, management, staff, partners, and customers.
