Job description :

• Contract Management :
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including client agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Compliance & Risk Management :
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international laws relevant to IT services.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic legal audits and risk assessments.
• Dispute Resolution & Litigation :
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
• Regulatory Monitoring :
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the IT industry.
• Communicate relevant legal updates to stakeholders and ensure timely compliance.
• Team Management
• Manage a team of legal professionals. Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth through training, feedback, and career development plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify skill gaps for upskilling.
