Data entry and management

Accurately input, update, and maintain product, inventory, and production data in the Gati system.

Create new item and style masters within the software.

Perform memo and bag material entries.

Cross-reference and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Order and production coordination

Generate and manage job work orders for production departments and vendors.

Place and track orders in the Gati system.

Coordinate the dispatch process, including preparing shipping documents and tracking shipments.

Conduct follow-ups with internal teams and external job workers to ensure deadlines are met.

Reporting and administration

Generate various reports, such as daily, weekly, and monthly production, movement, and inventory reports.

Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) report.

Assist with inventory counts and product verification.

Provide administrative support as needed, including troubleshooting system issues.

Production floor (if applicable)

Operate and manage machinery, such as machines used for cutting and polishing color stones.

Maintain equipment and handle minor technical issues.

Perform physical weight checks and manage stock tally and movement.
