Role Overview :
We’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the leadership team on investment strategy, investor relations, and fundraising initiatives.
This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants to understand the inner workings of a high-growth AI SaaS startup, collaborate with founders, and help shape our investment narrative.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
1. Investor Research & Targeting
- Identify and research global and regional VC firms, strategic investors, and family offices aligned with SaaS, AI, and Future of Work domains.
- Build a dynamic investor CRM with updated intelligence on fund theses, portfolio companies, and relevant decision-makers.
- Prioritize outreach list based on alignment, fund activity, and ticket size.
2. Fundraising Collateral & Communication
Support the creation and refinement of Investor Pitch Decks, One-Pagers, Financial Models, and Product Narratives.Draft personalized outreach messages, investor briefs, and follow-up communication aligned with the founder’s voice.Coordinate investor meetings, maintain timelines, and track progress on each outreach.3. Financial & Strategic Analysis
Assist in preparing financial projections, valuation benchmarks, and industry comparison reports.Work on competitor analysis and identify key differentiators and positioning angles for OrcHire in the investor narrative.Evaluate potential strategic partnerships that can accelerate market penetration or tech adoption.4. Due Diligence & Data Room Management
Build and maintain a structured data room with business, financial, and product documents.Coordinate responses to investor queries and due diligence requirements.Ensure that all data shared externally aligns with compliance and confidentiality norms.5. Market Intelligence & Thought Support
Track macro trends in the HR Tech, AI SaaS, and Recruitment Automation space.Prepare investor update briefs, newsletters, and insights reports to support investor engagement and storytelling.6. Strategic Support to Founders
Work directly with the founders on fundraising strategy, outreach planning, and investor communication.Participate in select investor calls and note key insights or action points.Support ad-hoc strategic projects related to growth, partnerships, or product-market alignment.Key Result Areas (Success Metrics) :
Build and maintain a qualified investor pipeline of at least 100+ aligned prospects.Deliver a comprehensive investor data room ready for due diligence by Month 2.Support founders in achieving at least 10 active investor conversations within the first 90 days.Create a structured fundraising tracker with engagement metrics, communication history, and outcome notes.Deliver detailed investment research reports and competitive insights bi-weekly.What We’re Looking For :

Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / Economics / Finance / Strategy.Prior exposure to VC, investment banking, consulting, or startup fundraising preferred (not mandatory).Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or Airtable).Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.What You’ll Gain :
