Location : Noida, Sector 63 (Hybrid) Report to : Sales Enablement Manager About the Role We are seeking a Content Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams with the research, content, and processes they require to succeed. It’s a versatile position that blends project management, research, content development, training support, and sales enablement. You’ll work across multiple verticals (Aviation, Government, Enterprise, Healthcare, Higher Ed, Utilities, etc.) to ensure our teams are prepared, aligned, and equipped with the right tools and messaging. This role is critical for driving sales efficiency. You will directly contribute to pipeline velocity and conversion rates by ensuring our sellers receive the appropriate message and resources at every stage of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Project & Event Support : Prepare webinars, trainings, and presentations;
- coordinate cross-functional projects;
edit and proofread deliverables for consistency.
Content Management : Develop and maintain all deal-stage content (e.G., talk tracks, objection handling guides, customer-facing decks, and vertical-specific messaging).Sales Enablement : Create and maintain sales resources (playbooks, decks, catalogs, ICPs) and support training with speaker notes, show flows, and other materials.Research & Insights : Conduct competitor and market research, build SWOT analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights and tools.Knowledge Management : Maintain libraries of sales content and training resources, streamline internal processes, and leverage AI tools to make knowledge more accessible. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2-3 years of experience in supporting the marketing and sales operations, project management, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills;ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Experience creating presentations, sales content, and training materials.Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn research into insights and insights into strategy.Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage intent data and sales activity metrics (e.G., conversion rates, time-in-stage) to prioritize content needs. Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with B2B SaaS or technology industries. Like Salesforce, Mendix, Juvare, Service Now, GRCKnowledge of sales enablement platforms or content management systems.Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, or knowledge management.Background in competitive intelligence or market research.
