Position : Chartered Accountant / CA Intern / MBA (Finance) Trainee – Full-time, On-Site (Pune)

Company : CIAN Healthcare Ltd. – A leading pharmaceutical organization with pan-India presence and a diversified brand portfolio.

Location : Pune – Office-based role

About the Role

We are looking to build a strong finance team and have multiple openings :

CA Qualified / CA Fresher
MBA (Finance) / CA Intern

You will handle financial operations, prepare statements, lead internal audits, ensure compliance, perform forecasting, and provide financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end / year-end closings.

Prepare financial statements under applicable standards.

Conduct internal audits, identify risks, recommend controls.

Ensure regulatory compliance (tax, GST, company law, etc.).

Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning.

Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

CA qualified or CA fresher / MBA (Finance) / CA Intern. / CA semi qualified

Exposure to financial operations, reporting or audit (internship or training period accepted).

Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulation.

Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, problem-solving.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
