Job Title : Web & E-Commerce Operations Manager

Location : Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, Mumbai

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Candidate must be available for coordination after hours, as the headquarters are in the US.)

As part of our expansion, we are building a dedicated digital, e-commerce, and marketing team in Mumbai to support our growing online business and brand operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Web & E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee Shopify management, product uploads, CRM, Klaviyo flows, analytics, digital reporting, and backend website maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and digital platform management.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Shopify Management

  • Upload new products monthly, including :
  • Creating complete Shopify product listings
  • Writing SEO-optimized product descriptions and specifications
  • Adding all necessary meta-tags
  • Organizing products under correct collections
  • Uploading lifestyle and product images in proper sequence
  • Adding SKUs, availability, and ensuring listings are live across all sales channels, including Instagram
  • Manage Instagram product tagging and accuracy
  • Perform monthly full-catalog Shopify inventory and pricing updates (including archived and drafted products)
  • Update gemstone and diamond specifications across all relevant listings

CRM & Client Data Management

  • Upload new customer data into the CRM master list
  • Assign clients to the correct segments and lists (location, interest, event, etc.)
  • Apply detailed tags for precision retargeting
  • Maintain detailed customer profiles (birthdays, anniversaries, preferences)
  • Manage and update the Google Business Listing
  • Platform Proficiency

    Must have strong working proficiency with :

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Pixel
  • Meta platforms
  • Shopify
  • CRM / Klaviyo
  • Klaviyo Flow Management

  • Maintain and update automated Klaviyo flows regularly
  • Review flow performance analytics (delivery, open, click, conversion metrics)
  • Ensure all flows are correctly triggering and error-free
  • Implement improvements based on performance insights and best practices
  • Update flows based on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • SEO & Landing Pages

  • Build SEO-driven landing pages using brand-aligned templates
  • Implement provided SEO copy
  • Apply correct H1, H2, and structural tagging
  • Develop geo-targeted landing pages with curated product assortments
  • Analytics & Reporting

    Daily Reporting :

  • Website traffic, interactions, and on-site behavior
  • Daily product-level interactions (views, clicks, engagement patterns)
  • Weekly Reporting :

  • Media spend across paid channels
  • Klaviyo performance (deliverability, open / click rates, engagement insights)
  • Behavioral Insights :

  • Weekly reports on client navigation patterns :
  • Collection views
  • Product views
  • Multi-product browsing
  • General navigation paths
  • Monthly Reporting :

  • Comprehensive newsletter performance report including :
  • Open, click, bounce, and conversion rates
  • Click-through breakdown (who clicked, what they clicked, frequency)
  • Benchmarking across all newsletters for the month
  • Mobile Website & UX

  • Maintain and enhance the mobile website for a streamlined, intuitive, luxury-aligned user experience
  • Content Uploads & Blog Maintenance

  • Upload and accurately tag “The Edit” and “Press” blog graphics
  • Ensure proper categorization and consistency
  • HTML & Backend Maintenance

  • Update and maintain website HTML and backend code
  • Support ongoing website improvements and optimizations
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation will be aligned with Mumbai market standards for senior e-commerce operations roles in luxury and D2C sectors. A precise benchmark can be provided based on experience.
