AIOps Architect (Observability Expert)

AIOps Architect (Observability Expert)

Location : PAN India

Experience : 4 years to 11years

Mandatory Skills : AIOps / Monitoring / Observability / ELK)

Must Have :

  • Strong hands-on in AIOps / Observability / ELK Stack / Python / AI-ML models.
  • Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and data integration.
  • Understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Good to Have :

  • Certifications in AIOps, Cloud, or Observability tools.
  • Experience with automation workflows and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement AIOps solutions using tools like ELK
  • Build custom AIOps frameworks for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and automation.
  • Integrate SaaS-based apps via APIs / webhooks into ELK for analytics.
  • Drive observability, monitoring modernization, and monolithic-to-cloud transformation.
  • Develop CXO and operational dashboards for data-driven insights.
