As a trusted advisor, you will guide grooms and their families through fabric and style selections, suggest design elements, and oversee the process from consultation to final delivery. Your role is central to creating a seamless and luxurious experience that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome clients and provide personalized consultations in line with the brand's standards.
• Showcase fabrics, styles, and design options suited to weddings and special occasions.
• Advise clients on cuts, silhouettes, embellishments, and details that enhance their personal style.
• Record and confirm client specifications with precision before passing to production.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure flawless execution of client orders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet the highest standards of fit, finish, and craftsmanship.
• Oversee timely delivery of garments and ensure client satisfaction at every step.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering aftercare, styling advice, and ongoing support.
