Network Administrator - Routing & Switching

Position : Network Administrator

Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field

Experience : Minimum 5 years (preferably with OEM exposure)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPN, Load Balancers).
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and patching of network devices in line with OEM best practices.
• Work closely with OEM vendors for escalations, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and support.
• Implement and enforce network security policies including firewalls, IDS / IPS, and access control.
• Manage IP addressing, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), and network segmentation (VLANs, MPLS).
• Conduct periodic network audits, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Provide L2 / L3 support for incidents and service requests.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Support disaster recovery planning and implementation of high-availability solutions.
