Expert Technical Support Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert-level support and administration for Veeva Vault applications, including troubleshooting system issues, assisting users, managing configurations, and ensuring optimal performance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, business users, and Veeva support to address technical challenges, enhance system functionality, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault platform administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with SQL APIs and basic scripting is a plus
• Familiarity with GxP 21 CFR Part 11 and validation requirements
