Assistant Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Margin Trading Facility (MTF) business. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing client exposures, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor MTF operations, client utilization, and settlements.

Ensure compliance with SEBI / Exchange guidelines and internal risk policies.

Track client positions, margin calls, and execute timely actions on shortfalls.

Liaise with sales / relationship teams to drive MTF adoption and resolve client queries.

Prepare MIS / reports on utilization, revenue, and risk exposure.

Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations and Margin Trading Facility guidelines.

Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and trading / back-office systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualification & Experience

Postgraduate in Finance / Commerce; MBA / CS / preferred.

5–8 years of experience in Capital Markets / Broking with exposure to MTF.
